Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator Workforce Real Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor workload and adjust to balance work peaks and valleys in real time
• Process ad hoc requests for time away and ensure appropriate coverage with production leadership
• Make adjustments and recommendations for optimizing schedules to maximize service and quality

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited program
• 6+ months of experience using workforce management software
• 6+ months of experience in real-time management in a high production contact center environment or completion of a relevant internship program
• Preferred: 6+ months of experience with Calabrio workforce management system
