Workforce Relations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Relations Lead Consultant to provide expert guidance on complex workforce relations matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently manage a large volume of complex workforce relations cases, including investigations of harassment and discrimination
• Provide expert consultation to leaders, agents, and employees on various workforce relations issues
• Advise on and support disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employment decisions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in workforce relations or human resources
• Strong understanding of employment laws and organizational policies
• Ability to handle complex investigations and conflict resolution
• Proven track record of advising leadership on workforce issues
• Experience in training and leading programs related to workforce relations
