Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Relations Manager, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the centralized US Workforce Relations function supporting all non-production, non-plant leaders
  • Serve as the senior advisor for complex workforce matters and provide expert guidance on employee and labor relations
  • Define and implement SLAs, metrics, and performance monitoring for Workforce Relations services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing US employee relations
  • Experience establishing and scaling a centralized employee relations team
  • Deep expertise in employee and labor relations, including conflict management and performance management
  • Experience managing a team and strong leadership skills
  • Data and results-driven approach
