Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Relations Manager, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the centralized US Workforce Relations function supporting all non-production, non-plant leaders
- Serve as the senior advisor for complex workforce matters and provide expert guidance on employee and labor relations
- Define and implement SLAs, metrics, and performance monitoring for Workforce Relations services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing US employee relations
- Experience establishing and scaling a centralized employee relations team
- Deep expertise in employee and labor relations, including conflict management and performance management
- Experience managing a team and strong leadership skills
- Data and results-driven approach
