Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Scheduler (work from home) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create weekly staff schedules based on staffing capacity and customer service operational metrics
  • Analyze and develop recommendations for scheduling based on staffing requirements and call center schedules
  • Make real-time adjustments to direct calls to available Service Agents
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Experience with workforce scheduling software for call center operations
  • Experience managing real-time agent staffing to achieve call-center operational performance metrics
  • Knowledge of call-center routing and IVR platforms preferred
