Job Summary

- Manage schedule requests and optimize short-term workforce planning
- Generate and deliver agent rosters while adhering to Customer Service standards
- Monitor schedule adherence, analyze productivity, and report on agent performance
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) in a multi-channel environment
- Previous experience with WFM and scheduling software
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
