Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedule requests and optimize short-term workforce planning
  • Generate and deliver agent rosters while adhering to Customer Service standards
  • Monitor schedule adherence, analyze productivity, and report on agent performance
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) in a multi-channel environment
  • Previous experience with WFM and scheduling software
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ambitious and comfortable with diversity and adversity
