Job Summary

Providing leadership and supervision to Workforce Analysts, the full-time remote Workforce Services Supervisor will oversee workflow management, maintain performance tracking, and support disaster survivors while ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise the workforce management team and delegate workflow to meet project deadlines
  • Create and maintain workforce monitoring schedules to support business operations
  • Monitor call volume and staffing data, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Federal Government clearance
  • Availability to work an eight-hour shift, 5 days per week between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends
  • Proficient in Genesys and MS Excel
  • Must reside in the Continental US and have a private, secure work area with adequate internet connectivity
