Job Summary
As a Workforce Software Configurator, the remote position will translate complex union agreements and labor laws into system configurations, optimize timekeeping modules, and develop data integrations while collaborating with business and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Translate intricate union contracts and labor regulations into actionable system configurations
- Configure and optimize Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules within the WorkForce Software platform
- Design, build, and maintain data integrations and custom SQL-based reports to support business operations
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a timekeeping analyst in an enterprise environment
- Expert-level proficiency in WorkForce Software configuration, particularly Time and Attendance modules
- Strong knowledge of UAW Hourly Timekeeping policies
- Advanced SQL and data engineering skills, including ETL development
- Hands-on experience with HR/payroll integrations in SaaS platforms supporting 10,000+ employees
