Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Solutions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for Infor WFM Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules
Lead testing cycles for WFM enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and operational issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred; High School or GED required
Minimum of three years of experience in Information Systems
Broad knowledge of various computer systems and technologies
Experience with Time Keeping and Attendance Systems, preferably Infor WFM, is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
