Workforce Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting survivors of natural disasters, the full-time Workforce Specialist will monitor call volume and staffing data, research inquiries to provide knowledgeable responses, and ensure compliance with quality and performance standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor call volume and staffing data to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards
• Research inquiries using various tools and databases to provide accurate responses
• Perform routine assignments that are easily learned on the job

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• Ability to pass a Federal Government Clearance
• Availability to work an eight-hour shift, 5 days a week, anytime between 6:30 AM-2:30 AM EST, including weekends
• Must have a smartphone for logging into systems
