Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Specialist, Subject Matter Expert for UKG Workforce Dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the enterprise SME for UKG Workforce Dimensions
Lead the design, configuration, and continuous optimization of Workforce Dimensions modules
Establish and maintain governance and best practices for system standards across facilities

Mandatory Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions
Proven experience serving as an enterprise SME for Workforce Dimensions
Strong expertise in system configuration, design, and optimization
Experience driving system governance and enterprise standards
Advanced Scheduler experience (strongly preferred)
