Workforce Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To support long-term talent development, the remote Workforce Partnership & Talent Strategy Manager will design and manage innovative workforce strategies, build partnerships with educational and workforce organizations, and lead initiatives that create sustainable talent pipelines aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead workforce partnership strategies to support long-term talent goals
• Build and manage relationships with universities and workforce development organizations to create talent pipelines
• Lead strategic workforce programs, including apprenticeship and early-career initiatives, to enhance workforce readiness

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Workforce Strategy, Talent Strategy, or related fields
• 4+ years of experience leading strategic programs or partnerships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships with external talent organizations
• Proven ability to use data to inform workforce strategy and measure program impact
