Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Technology Consultant - Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in UKG Ready HCM implementation and configuration
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions
  • Deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UKG Ready TLM and/or Payroll implementation
  • Experience in configuring system settings and troubleshooting issues within UKG Ready
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including basic formulas and pivot tables
  • Prior experience in leading client-facing discovery, training, and testing of UKG Ready
