Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Technology Consultant - Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in UKG Ready HCM implementation and configuration
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions
- Deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UKG Ready TLM and/or Payroll implementation
- Experience in configuring system settings and troubleshooting issues within UKG Ready
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including basic formulas and pivot tables
- Prior experience in leading client-facing discovery, training, and testing of UKG Ready
