Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Ready Workforce Technology Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in UKG Ready HCM implementation and configuration
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure client satisfaction through technical support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UKG Ready TLM and/or Payroll implementation, configuration, and support
• Experience in configuring system settings, developing workflows, and troubleshooting issues within UKG Ready
• Preferred experience in weighted average overtime calculation, tax setup, and multi-site reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups
