Job Summary
Leading end-to-end advisory engagements, the full-time remote Workforce Transformation Consultant will guide clients in translating employee insights into actionable strategies, focusing on survey design, data storytelling, and strategic advisory to drive organizational change.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary consulting partner for a dedicated portfolio of customers, leading survey design and item consultation
- Develop high-impact Executive Presentations and facilitate alignment sessions with C-suite and senior leaders
- Perform advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis connecting behavioral changes to business metrics and ROI
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in employee experience, organizational development, or workforce transformation
- Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder client relationships and presenting to executive audiences
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of survey design and metrics translation within enterprise listening software
- Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Master's Degree preferred in relevant fields such as I/O Psychology, Human Resources, or Data Analytics
