Workfront Solution Architect

Job Summary

Serving as a dedicated Subject Matter Expert, the remote Workfront Solution Architect will audit, configure, and optimize the Adobe Workfront environment, focusing on translating stakeholder visions into scalable technical solutions for a contract engagement lasting through the year.

Key responsibilities

• Consult directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient Workfront configurations
• Design foundational structures in Workfront to support future expansion into brand planning and campaign planning
• Audit and standardize request queues and custom forms to ensure accurate scoping and routing of incoming work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Operations, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Workfront Solution Architect or Process Consultant
• Proven track record in consulting with business stakeholders to translate process concepts into operational solutions
• 3+ years of experience building automated scenarios in Workfront Fusion
• Demonstrated experience integrating Workfront with Jira using Fusion scenarios or APIs
