Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workgroup Support and Field Engagement Specialist to support the Veterans Health Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support workgroup meetings, prepare materials, and track action items across stakeholder groups
  • Engage with field sites to support implementation efforts and communicate challenges and best practices to program leadership
  • Contribute to training and engagement activities while maintaining documentation related to workgroup activities and field feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, or operations in a federal or healthcare environment
  • Experience coordinating meetings and workgroups across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
