Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workgroup Support and Field Engagement Specialist to support the Veterans Health Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support workgroup meetings, prepare materials, and track action items across stakeholder groups
- Engage with field sites to support implementation efforts and communicate challenges and best practices to program leadership
- Contribute to training and engagement activities while maintaining documentation related to workgroup activities and field feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, or operations in a federal or healthcare environment
- Experience coordinating meetings and workgroups across multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
