Working Student in Learning & Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Working Student in Learning & Development and Communication (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Support communication and promotion of training programs, including drafting blog posts and newsletters
• Administer the learning management system, including course setup and report preparation
• Assist with operational tasks such as planning and coordination of materials

Required Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related field such as communication, marketing, or educational sciences
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Communication, or Marketing is a plus
• High accuracy, reliability, and ability to work independently
• Business fluent in English; German is beneficial but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its business applications
