Key Responsibilities:

• Create unique job ads, identify suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure an exemplary candidate experience
• Actively search for top-notch candidates via LinkedIn and find new and creative ways to discover talent
• Establish and handle cooperation with universities and take on projects to make the recruiting process more efficient

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled as a student in the field of Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or similar
• Initial work experience in Recruiting and Active Sourcing
• Passionate about finding strong candidates on LinkedIn and drafting convincing outreach messages
• Fluent in English, with German skills being a plus
