Job Summary
Leading client-facing Workiva implementation projects, the full-time Manager will manage project delivery from discovery through go-live, oversee solution design, and coordinate teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workiva implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and overall project communication
- Translate client reporting processes into scalable Workiva solutions and oversee the configuration of Workiva documents and workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting or enterprise software implementation experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Workiva implementation experience
- Strong understanding of Workiva platform administration and reporting workflows
- Proven project management skills, including stakeholder and risk management
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and client workshops
