Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workload/COTS Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Build, deploy, and support IBM workload automation products and COTS products
Support production systems 24x7 and respond to trouble tickets as per SLA
Monitor system performance and maintain security posture while documenting processes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of work experience in a related field
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; technical certificates considered
Experience with korn/bash shell scripting to automate tasks
General knowledge of job scheduling and administrative/user experience
Experience in a virtualized operating environment
