Job Summary
To support effective investigative operations, the remote-friendly Workload Leader will manage the strategic assignment and monitoring of investigative workloads while ensuring quality, timeliness, and production objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign investigative work based on geographic coverage, availability, case priority, workload capacity, and customer requirements
- Monitor workload distribution and adjust assignments as operational needs change
- Analyze workload trends and forecasting data to support staffing and resource planning
Required Qualifications
- Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance
- DHS experience highly desired
- Experience in workload management and resource allocation
- Strong understanding of investigative processes and contract performance requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Program Management and Field Leadership
