Workout Content Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workout Content Manager to join their Content team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of structured workout content, ensuring alignment with training principles and product priorities
• Design and build new workouts and training plans while maintaining and evolving existing libraries
• Conduct regular content audits to ensure clarity, training logic, and quality across the workout experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing a structured workouts library, preferably using .zwo or XML formats
• Strong knowledge of endurance training principles, including FTP and power zones
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality content independently
• Familiarity with performance data tools and translating metrics into training design
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
