Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workplace Accommodation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess individuals' need for reasonable accommodation and facilitate the interactive process
- Review and interpret medical documentation to determine eligibility for accommodation
- Provide consultation and resolution for employee inquiries related to absence management and leave laws
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in handling reasonable accommodation matters
- Proficient knowledge of employment laws including the ADAAA and FMLA
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations in various situations
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
