Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Accommodation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess individuals' need for reasonable accommodation and facilitate the interactive process
  • Review and interpret medical documentation to determine eligibility for accommodation
  • Provide consultation and resolution for employee inquiries related to absence management and leave laws
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in handling reasonable accommodation matters
  • Proficient knowledge of employment laws including the ADAAA and FMLA
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations in various situations
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
