Workplace Accommodation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Accommodation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace accommodation assessments and maintain communication with customers
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ADA and related laws regarding workplace accommodations
• Document claims accurately and comply with regulatory requirements while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of experience in ADA, STD, LOA, or workplace accommodation
• Proficiency in product-specific areas of STD, LTD, or Accommodation/Absence Management
• Willingness to obtain certification in ADA or workplace accommodation services within 18 months of hire
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
