Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workplace Accommodation Manager to oversee employee accommodation requests and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve standardized policies and processes for the Accommodations function
- Manage end-to-end case management for accommodation requests through the interactive process
- Coordinate with various teams to resolve issues related to reasonable accommodations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Five years of relevant work experience in Employee Relations, Accommodations, or Leave of Absence
- One year of experience in high volume, complex case management
- Thorough knowledge of disability management and related HR compliance regulations
- Understanding of Federal and State HR regulations, especially related to ADA and religious accommodations
