Workplace Accommodations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Accommodation Manager to oversee employee accommodation requests and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve standardized policies and processes for the Accommodations function
• Manage end-to-end case management for accommodation requests through the interactive process
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve issues related to reasonable accommodations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Five years of relevant work experience in Employee Relations, Accommodations, or Leave of Absence
• One year of experience in high volume, complex case management
• Thorough knowledge of disability management and related HR compliance regulations
• Understanding of Federal and State HR regulations, especially related to ADA and religious accommodations
