Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Accommodations Specialist, responsible for managing accommodation requests for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the accommodation process for employees requiring medical or religious accommodations
  • Coordinate with HR, managers, and employees to develop effective accommodation plans
  • Maintain documentation and case management records accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three (3) years or more in an HR generalist or compliance role required
  • Experience in high volume, complex case management for at least one (1) year required
  • Knowledge of disability management and related HR compliance regulations required
  • Experience with case management and HRIS systems preferred
