Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workplace Accommodations Specialist, responsible for managing accommodation requests for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the accommodation process for employees requiring medical or religious accommodations
- Coordinate with HR, managers, and employees to develop effective accommodation plans
- Maintain documentation and case management records accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three (3) years or more in an HR generalist or compliance role required
- Experience in high volume, complex case management for at least one (1) year required
- Knowledge of disability management and related HR compliance regulations required
- Experience with case management and HRIS systems preferred
