Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify AI opportunities and develop implementation roadmaps
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance AI proficiency among staff
• Develop proof-of-concept AI solutions and gather departmental requirements for technical teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience
• (Honours) Bachelor's degree
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse adult learners
• Proficiency with no-code and low-code platforms for AI workflows
• Familiarity with data privacy principles and responsible AI use in regulated environments
