Workplace Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Care Coordinator to support injury response and workers' compensation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central intake point for new incidents and calls
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate telephonic support
• Enter and maintain accurate case information and documentation in Salesforce

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a dispatch, coordination, administrative, or operations-focused role
• Experience in insurance, workers' compensation, or healthcare coordination preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and priorities
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
