Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Culture & Belonging Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the intranet and coordinate meetings and events for internal training and compliance reporting
• Assist with workplace culture program initiatives and coordinate employee resource groups
• Build and maintain the event calendar and track compliance data and communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, human resources, business, or related disciplines preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of progressive data, analytical, and presentation experience required
• General knowledge of EEO compliance laws and regulations
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of Google-based business tools
