Job Summary

Workplace Culture Analyst, a full-time position responsible for planning and implementing workplace culture initiatives, maintaining compliance data, and coordinating employee resource groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the intranet and coordinate meetings and events for internal training and compliance
• Assist with workplace culture program initiatives and coordinate employee resource groups
• Compile and submit EEO compliance data while maintaining detailed records and project tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, human resources, business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and presentation required
• General knowledge of EEO compliance laws and regulations
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of Google-based business tools
