Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to ensure smooth office operations and create an engaging workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the office point of contact for visitors and manage inquiries related to in-office needs
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including tours and introductions to the office
  • Plan and execute team engagement events and manage office supplies and maintenance schedules
Required Qualifications
  • One or two years of experience in office administration, hospitality, or workplace management roles
  • Experience managing vendors, coordinating events, and supporting compliance activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Figma experience is a plus
  • Ability to create and manage budgets effectively
  • Must be able to work in-office Monday to Friday
