Job Summary
Acting as the operational liaison between the Events and Workplace teams, the full-time Workplace Experience Lead will manage event coordination, uphold hospitality standards, and provide operational support for guest experiences in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate event operations, ensuring proper preparation and execution of event requirements
- Oversee Front of House operations, maintaining high standards of guest hospitality and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies and safety protocols during events, identifying and escalating any operational risks
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to workplace management
- Experience in event coordination and logistics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in workplace management tools and Microsoft Office
- Professional demeanor with a service-focused attitude
