Job Summary

Acting as the operational liaison between the Events and Workplace teams, the full-time Workplace Experience Lead will manage event coordination, uphold hospitality standards, and provide operational support for guest experiences in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate event operations, ensuring proper preparation and execution of event requirements
  • Oversee Front of House operations, maintaining high standards of guest hospitality and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with workplace policies and safety protocols during events, identifying and escalating any operational risks
Required qualifications
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to workplace management
  • Experience in event coordination and logistics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in workplace management tools and Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanor with a service-focused attitude
