• Manage multiple investigations, conduct interviews, and analyze data
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and communicate findings to executives

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of investigation experience, preferably in a corporate setting or as a lawyer
• Background in employment law and employee relations
• Experience in conducting complex investigations and drafting reports
• Preferably certified by relevant organizations like the Association of Workplace Investigators
