Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Investigator (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end workplace investigations, from intake through final reporting
• Support ongoing investigations by assisting with witness interviews, evidence collection, and case analysis
• Draft clear, concise, and legally defensible investigation reports

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience conducting workplace or employment-related investigations
• Background as either an employment attorney or an HR/Ethics & Compliance investigator
• Strong experience handling matters involving harassment, discrimination, and workplace misconduct
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Proven adaptability and comfort navigating evolving investigation dynamics
