Workplace Investigator

Job Summary

To support its Ethics & Compliance team, a contract Workplace Investigator will independently manage sensitive workplace investigations, including harassment and discrimination cases, while working remotely for 30 hours per week over a six-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workplace investigations from intake through findings and final reporting
• Conduct witness interviews and gather evidence while adapting strategies as new information emerges
• Draft clear and legally defensible investigation reports in collaboration with senior investigators and Employment Counsel

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant workplace investigations experience
• Background as an employment attorney or specialized HR/Compliance investigator
• Experience investigating harassment, discrimination, and workplace conduct matters
• Exceptional interviewing, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment strongly preferred
