Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the experience of Gigs Hubs & Pads, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with brand culture
• Manage vendor relationships and logistics for daily operations and special events
• Design processes for space usage, community building, and support for company-wide offsites

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations or employee experience in an international setting
• Strong understanding of how physical space influences culture and collaboration
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and small-scale projects
• Ability to work collaboratively across time zones and functions
• Based in Berlin with flexibility for travel and non-standard working hours
