Job Summary
Supporting clients in translating workplace strategy into practical planning solutions, the remote Workplace Planning Strategist will manage dedicated client accounts, analyze data for occupancy and portfolio planning, and collaborate with various teams to optimize real estate performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing workplace and occupancy planning services for dedicated client accounts
- Analyze occupancy and portfolio data to develop planning recommendations that enhance space utilization
- Prepare executive-quality presentations and reports to communicate planning analyses and recommendations to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Workplace Strategy, Space & Occupancy Planning, or Corporate Real Estate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and structured data analysis
- Working knowledge of workplace planning principles and the ability to interpret architectural drawings
- Experience with IWMS or CAFM platforms and workplace reporting tools
