A company is looking for a Workplace Program Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support workplace strategy team on large complex projects and assignments
• Analyze complex workplace data to deliver actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making
• Create clear, well-organized Excel and PPT deliverables including data visualizations, tables, models, reports, and analyses

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• 1-2 years of practical experience in an Analyst role required
• Advanced Excel proficiency required, including complex formulas and working with large datasets
• Self-directed work style with proven ability to manage projects independently
• Experience in real estate or change management is preferred
