Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Project Coordinator to support workplace design and project execution initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage active furniture and facilities-related work order tickets from intake through completion
  • Support furniture, artwork, and branding installations across corporate and branch locations
  • Assist with office move projects, seating changes, and space reconfigurations
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Experience in workplace design, furniture systems, or project management
  • Familiarity with ticketing or work order management systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of ADA requirements and building codes
