Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workplace Project Coordinator to support workplace design and project execution initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage active furniture and facilities-related work order tickets from intake through completion
- Support furniture, artwork, and branding installations across corporate and branch locations
- Assist with office move projects, seating changes, and space reconfigurations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Experience in workplace design, furniture systems, or project management
- Familiarity with ticketing or work order management systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of ADA requirements and building codes
