Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Strategist to support workplace strategy client engagements through research and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of workplace strategy client engagements with a focus on quantitative analysis
• Analyze client data and provide actionable workplace strategy recommendations
• Develop and improve analytical tools, including dashboards and optimization calculators

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Workplace Strategy, research, analytics, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience in developing workplace tools and methodologies for data collection and analysis
