Workplace Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Workplace Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for workplace strategy, leading assessments and visioning exercises with corporate clients
• Analyze organizational data to determine optimal space programs and deliver strategic recommendations for workplace changes
• Partner with brokers on business development efforts and represent the firm at industry events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, urban planning, or a related discipline; Master's preferred
• 8+ years of experience in workplace strategy or related consulting discipline
• Proficiency with CAD software and familiarity with design visualization tools
• Experience in client-facing environments, particularly with C-suite audiences
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
