Workplace Strategy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Strategy Director to lead the Technology Advisory Practice, focusing on project leadership, team building, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Advisory projects providing actionable analysis and recommendations
• Own practice revenue stream and participate in sales and marketing activities
• Build and develop the practice team, including recruiting and onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management (FM), or Workplace Technology
• 5+ years in Advisory or Consulting roles
• Knowledge of Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Experience managing team members and achieving revenue targets of $1-5M
• Proven track record of growing revenue streams and building client relationships
