Workplace Strategy Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the opening of a flagship office, the freelance Workplace Strategy Program Manager will work remotely on a 9-month contract, developing global workplace playbooks, managing program execution, and ensuring alignment across various corporate functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and author a comprehensive global Workplace Strategy Playbook outlining standard operating procedures, tech-stack workflows, and governance rules
• Lead end-to-end program management from concept development through execution and global rollout
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to inform program design and build a stakeholder matrix for alignment and communication

Required qualifications:

• 6-10+ years of experience in workplace strategy, program management, operations, or a related field
• Proven experience developing playbooks and taking them through full program launch
• Strong experience working cross-functionally with corporate functions such as Workplace Experience, IT, Security, and Operations
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and synthesizing insights into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated ability to audit and optimize workplace technologies and digital tools
