Workplace Technology Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Technology Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve support requests in a remote-first environment
• Administer identity and access management systems, including Okta and Microsoft Entra ID
• Manage endpoint security and device provisioning across various operating systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT, workplace technology, IAM, or systems administration
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration
• Knowledge of Okta or similar identity providers for SSO and MFA
• Understanding of Active Directory and user/group management
• Strong troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows endpoints
