Job Summary
Owning the Microsoft 365 platform strategy, the full-time Workplace Technology Platforms Lead will manage platform governance, enforce usage standards, and drive adoption initiatives in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Microsoft 365 platform strategy, operating model, and roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Establish and enforce standards for platform usage, balancing user experience, risk, cost, and scalability
- Lead adoption and change strategies to ensure effective use of M365 across the organization
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams administration, and OneDrive management
- Proficiency with Power Platform, including governance considerations
- Understanding of enterprise governance, data retention, and compliance principles
- Strong business acumen to evaluate platform decisions based on value, risk, cost, and user impact
