Workstation PC Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workstation PC Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a Microsoft-based network and perform desktop and networking support
• Install and maintain PC hardware and software, troubleshoot network issues, and manage asset activities
• Transport equipment between facilities and assist with client interactions during asset deployment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PC support and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows installation, software applications, and client interaction
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing processes
• Extensive experience with backup and image management software
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
