Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workstation Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is labeled according to specifications and document device specifications
• Provide on-site installation, customer service, and technical support for equipment relocation and repairs
• Maintain inventory of supplies and collaborate with IT Infrastructure for parts management

Required Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience supporting computers
• Associates degree or two years of technical training in Computers, Technology, Electronics, or a related field
• Ability to lift seventy-five pounds or more
• Understanding of computer-related terminology (e.g., CPU, Networking, LAN/WAN)
• Flexibility to accommodate special projects or high-priority orders
