Workstream Lead - Oracle Finance

Job Summary

To drive AI-enabled modernization and operational excellence, the remote Workstream Lead - Oracle Finance will manage end-to-end ownership of the workstream, focusing on delivery, business value realization, and transformation outcomes while leveraging AI and automation.

Key responsibilities:

• Accountable for delivery excellence and operational stability within client leadership teams
• Drive AI-led transformation across engineering, operations, and customer engagement
• Manage global delivery teams and multi-vendor ecosystems to achieve measurable productivity improvements

Required qualifications:

• 15-20+ years of total experience with 5-8+ years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience in AI-enabled delivery transformation and enterprise modernization
• Hands-on exposure to AI copilots and intelligent automation platforms
• Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile, and automation engineering
• Experience with Oracle Finance GL Consolidation
