A company is looking for a Writer's Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Writer with formatting, research, script revisions, and ensuring continuity
• Rewrite dialogue to incorporate Gen Z language and cultural references while maintaining story integrity
• Collaborate with various departments to address tasks and track action items related to production

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a production company, on-set, or studio environment
• 3+ years of experience in screenwriting and character development
• Understanding of YouTube retention and best practices
• Ability to write authentically for diverse voices appealing to Gen Alpha/Gen Z audiences
• Knowledge of low-budget productions and their budgetary impacts
