Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to undergraduate students enrolled in UMGC courses
• Respond to students' questions regarding course concepts and assignments
• Promote a professional and respectful online learning environment

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of WRTG111 and WRTG112 courses
• Grade of "A" or "B" in the relevant courses is preferred
• Ability to work with diverse student populations
• Experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred
